- We can create the Purchase Order either directly or from the Pre-Purchase Request.
- The below shows the generated Pre-Purchase Request.
- By clicking the "Add Purchase Order" you will redirect to Purchase Order page that looks as shown below.
- Here either if you want to add more products you can or you can remove products.Then click "Save" button to generate "Purchase Order".
- And generated Purchase Order need to approve for some reasons like PO total is exceeded some amount, Supplier is international etc.,
- Until PO is Approved the PO is on hold only, After Approving the PO it looks as shown below.
- If you receive inventory from supplier then click "Inventory Receipt" or If you receive supplier invoice then click "Supplier Invoice/Packing List" button.
- By clicking the "Add Inventory Receipt" you can generate the inventory receipt.
- In inventory receipt you can add the received inventory details by clicking the "Add Slab" button as shown below.
- After entered the inventory details, by clicking the "Receive Inventory" you get as shown below page with the status of Received.
- After receiving the inventory you are going to receive the invoice. By clicking the "Receive Invoice" update inventory receipt is appears as shown below.
- Here you enter the invoice number, invoice date and check the amount details and then clicks the "Update Inventory Receipt".
- After this the status bar is also updated with invoiced date and time.
- Here if you want to make payments you can or if you want to return any products you can.
- The payments page as looks as shown below.
- After payment also you can made returns. You can made returns for various reasons such as received damage items, different item is received etc.,
- After credit memo generated, the supplier either can refund the money or provide the discount on damaged products or that balance is used as in next transaction with respect to that supplier only.
- After the return made you can update your payments.
